I'm a long-time player of the text game Dragonrealms, by Simutronics (www.play.net). I'm about to purchase one of those new iMacs, running OS X. The Simutronics front-end, their Wizard, does not appear to work in the OS X environment, even under the OS 9 emulator. From all the posts I've read on their tech boards, no one running X has been able to enter the game; they have all regressed their OS to 9 (Addiction!).
My question is whether there are any DR players who use Savitar under OS X, emulating OS 9, who have been successful in connecting to the game? I'm praying that someone happens on this post by chance. Posts on the DR boards have gone unanswered.
